Leinster Gas Ltd called before to reconfirmed the appointment, and to confirm the time of his arrival. He called before he arrived and arrived on-time. He was polite, efficient and conducted the gas safe check thoroughly. The price was competitive considering it was booked through 3rd party. Will definitely use his service again.

I loved the photos - I would advise all investors to have professionally shot photos of property renovations - and use those photos for marketing purposes - no need to rely on estate agents, some of whose staff are not professionally trained to shoot property and portfolio photos. Lesnik was great, came across London to do the clean, however i was not impressed with my constructor. Someone was supposed to come the day b4 who was ill, so an appointment was made for the next day at 1pm. When I rang at 2pm to find out where they were I was told that they would be there by 4pm. Lesnik arrived at approx 5.30pm when noone was there to let him in. He had not been told to get there by 4pm. Luckily a neighbour was able to let him in. Communication needs to be better.

The only issue I have is that when contractors argue over price - once the prepaid price has only been paid. I have been made aware that some contractors are charged between 20-50% of the price requested on the website. Please be aware that the contract if made through MYCONSTRUCTOR.COM is between you and them - what rate they pay the contractor is not the issue of the payee. Contacted re faulty external light. He arrived at time given. After examining the light explained and showed us the fault in the system. Offered to repair it. I asked if he could fit a motion sensitive light. He said he could and offered suggestions how he could install a new light and remove the existing light and metal trunking. The work was carried out efficiently. At all times he was polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this company
