Great experience with Olayinka. He asked to alter the appointment time but was not put out when I said that was impossible for me. He did the EPC and house plan with a direct and straightforward approach. He also later edited the house plan slightly (to include room sizes) at my request. A job well done.

Denis carried out 3 EPC examinations consecutively at different properties. He was efficient & friendly. The certificates were loaded onto the EPC Registry website the same day. Found Nirav on MyConstructor and as the reviews were positive and his pricing super-competitive, I chose him to carry out an EPC and floor plan for my newly refurbished flat that I was renting. Nirav contacted me immediately, explained the process, met me at the property on time and was tidy, friendly, very polite and quick! I explained to him that I was in a hurry and within 36 hours I had both the EPC and floor plan (Jpeg and PDF). That is very impressive! I would not hesitate in recommending.

The lady (Samira) who arrived to do the job was amazing. I forgot my gold jewellery in one of the cupboards and when I returned to examine the job she had placed it safely with my other belongings. She had the kindest, loveliest manner and made Mt flat good as new. The landlord was so happy he returned my fulld deposit. My only regret is not paying the lady a tip, she was fantastic!!!

The only issue I have is that when contractors argue over price - once the prepaid price has only been paid. I have been made aware that some contractors are charged between 20-50% of the price requested on the website. Please be aware that the contract if made through MYCONSTRUCTOR.COM is between you and them - what rate they pay the contractor is not the issue of the payee. Contacted re faulty external light. He arrived at time given. After examining the light explained and showed us the fault in the system. Offered to repair it. I asked if he could fit a motion sensitive light. He said he could and offered suggestions how he could install a new light and remove the existing light and metal trunking.
