Found Nirav on MyConstructor and as the reviews were positive and his pricing super-competitive, I chose him to carry out an EPC and floor plan for my newly refurbished flat that I was renting. Nirav contacted me immediately, explained the process, met me at the property on time and was tidy, friendly, very polite and quick! I explained to him that I was in a hurry and within 36 hours I had both the EPC and floor plan (Jpeg and PDF). That is very impressive! I would not hesitate in recommending.
