Jonathan kept me informed of his schedule and was prompt in arrival. He was polite and professional and I was pleased with my EPC. He told me it would take 48 hours to get the EPC report...I had my inspection on Thursday midday and received my EPC on Sunday.

MUKILVANNAN phoned me to say he may be a little earlier, I said that would be fine. He went around the house and did his job. At the end, before leaving, he said I would receive the certificate within a few days via email, which I did.
