Did you know?
In case you can't sign in to your account because you forgot your password you can see what to do here for a possible solution. If you're still having trouble logging in, contact a MyConstructor representative.
Did you know?
To access your account, click forgot password on the customer login screen, enter your mobile number and we will send you an SMS with a temporary password.
Once you are logged into your account with the temporary password we sent to you, we recommend that you change your temporary password, to do this click Profile, click Change Password, enter your new password and save.
Want to delete your MyConstructor account?
If you're sure you'd like to delete your account please make a deletion request by raising a new ticket. Be aware that access to your account will be restricted and all the data including appointment details and certificates will be deleted.
Did you know?
In order to reschedule your appointment please follow the steps below:
  • Login to your profile
  • Click the Appointments Icon
  • Select the green Reschedule button
  • Select the new date you would like
  • Click the time slot from the available slots displayed on your chosen date
Please note you can reschedule anytime up to 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. Within 24 hours please contact us directly. You have to Sign In to submit a ticket.
Cancel your Appointment?
In order to cancel your appointment please follow the steps below:
  • Login to your profile
  • Click the Appointments Icon
  • Select the Cancel appointment button
You will be asked to mention the reason why you are cancelling your appointment. After writing the reason select the red Cancel Appointment button to cancel your appointment. You have to Sign In to submit a ticket.
Did you know?
In case your appointment got cancelled you can request for a refund from your profile. After we check what happened you will receive the refund within 1-3 business days. We will notify you via email when your refund gets processed. You have to Sign In to submit a ticket.
When will the professional arrive?
The professional will typically arrive during the estimated arrival time that is displayed in the confirmation email you have received while booking your appointment.

In case something went wrong and your professional hasn't turned up within the estimated arrival time please contact us directly using the chat and our agents will be glad to help you.
Did you know?
If you need to make amends to your certificate you can raise a ticket. The message will be then forwarded directly to the professional to correct any mistakes on your certificate and then provide you with the updated one.
Service
Energy Performance Certificate:
You will typically receive your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) via email within 1-3 business days. If you still haven’t received your certificate you can contact us directly using the chat or by raising a ticket.

Electrical Installation Certificate Report:
You will typically receive your Electrical Installation Certificate Report (EICR) via email within 2-5 business days. If you still haven’t received your certificate you can contact us directly using the chat or by raising a ticket.

GAS Certificate:
You will typically receive your GAS Certificate via email within 1-3 business days. If you still haven’t received your certificate you can contact us directly using the chat or by raising a ticket.
