End of Tenancy
Here is the checklist.
All Rooms - Wash/wipe skirting boards, doors & frames, radiator/air vents, removing any cobwebs and dust from all interior fixtures and fittings, all woodwork surfaces and clean floors.
Kitchen - Degrease/clean inside & out cupboards, tops, sides, fridge & freezer, washing machine and units. Remove any grease from tiles/splashback. Clean sinks, taps and floors.
Oven and extractor - Degrease inside and clean racks, hob, filters and trays.
Bathrooms - Clean inside & out, tops, toilet, sides of all units. Remove any watermarks/limescale from tiles, shower-head attachment, glass screen, taps, sink and clean floors.
Windows - Clean inside glass, seals and frames where possible.
Fitted wardrobe - Wipe/dust to remove any dust/dirt where possible.
If there is any additional services such as
Balcony & access doors
Clean interior and exterior access doors, glass, seal and frames.
Clean balcony, tidying up all areas.
We have a return back policy if your not happy with the cleaning.
