About me
In this role of being a domestic energy assessor I inspect properties to collect information on their age, number of floors, building type and what po...wers the heating and water systems. Noting the number and sizes of rooms, corridors, windows and fireplaces. Manually entering information into a computer software called Stroma RDSAP which produces and energy efficiency rating which is called an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Once gathering the information, I can explain the rating to the homeowner and give practical advice on how to improve efficiency.
