EIRC Amrit of Legacy Electrical was excellent. He contacted me well in advance of the job to confirm date, time and location. He turned up promptly and got me to go round with him so that he could talk me through the process. The consumer unit had a couple of blanks missing and he said he'd come back to fit some As I lived out of town he was more than happy to take a key. The next day I got photos of the blanks in place, a video of the door being locked and the key posted, and the certificate.
