The guys were on time, friendly and respectful. However, I paid for an end of tenancy clean, but in reality got something closer to a domestic clean rather than professional. Limescale still on toilet, stains on tiles not addressed, overall cleaning not 100% thorough. I was lucky the landlord was forgiving, in another scenario I may have forfeited more of my deposit.
