I have to say my experience has been appalling. Booked for a service and was compelled to pay. Suddenly it was changed on a Friday evening. Sent an email on Monday with no confirmation. Spent a better part of my morning chasing the support team. Lied about sending the email on Thursday and was so quick to cancel the appointment because I delayed in the response. This will definitely be my first and last booking with this facility. Please stay away.
