I carry out each inspection as if the property belongs to myself thus ensuring trust with landlords assets. I work in and around the greater London area. I am willing to go the extra mile to assist my clients.I also offer extra services such as lock changes for landlords to ensure when tenants vacate there locks have been replaced and new keys sent to Landlords and or managing agents. Please feel free to ask request this service when having an Inventory Check in & Check Out.Feel free to discuss any small repairs required to a flat/house, happy to help out and quote on the day. I am able to also carry out minor electrical repairs, plumbing, painting decorating, small handyman repairs if required and with your agreement. Customer satisfaction for me comes first. I can carry out PAT testing and carry out Fire Risk Assesments.
