A very reliable and professional service

Zain is professional and efficient. Your company need to improve customer service, are not reliable, it took 3 appointments before engineer turned up. And you constantly change details relating to the appointment.in dealings between landlord and tenant this is not convenient nor helpful.

I booked an appointment after reading reviews and selecting the electrician I wanted to use. After my money had been taken I was emailed to say a different electrician would be attending, which meant I had to go back on to the site to check the reviews. They weren't as good but the report was being carried out at a rental flat and I didn't want to muck the tenant about with time changes so I stuck with it. He was due at 3 but phoned the tenant and asked if he could arrive at 7 and that it 'would only take 5 minutes'. The time for a check is quoted as 2 hours on the site. He arrived and spent rather more than 5 minutes. My tenant contacted me to complain and say they had taken time off work to be there in the afternoon and now he was saying he had to come back for repairs. I was then, overnight, sent an extremely expensive quote for remedial work. I had no direct contact with the electrician. Part of this may just be the way this system works but I wouldn't use it again. I cannot comment on the actual quality of work or Zein as an electrician as I was at one remove but I won't be using the site again. It may have been more straightforward if I had booked for my own premises and been in attendance.

I NEVER do reviews but I feel that I have to. Failed a flat in a new development and said urgent work needed at £480 or thereabouts. Tenants said he was there for 3 minutes. I literally could not believe it. I got a different electrician in the next day (someone who also works through my constructor) who passed it without need of review for 3 years. REALLY UNHAPPY.
