Beware before hiring WeSure! My 5–6-year-old Vaillant boiler was left with problems after the engineer’s visit. He reported multiple faults and high CO readings, and proposed further expensive repairs. Concerned, I called another Gas Safe engineer who checked the situation and got the boiler working again. This caused unnecessary stress, hassle and additional expense. Get a second opinion before agreeing to costly repairs. Based on my experience, I would not use this engineer again. Think twice
