I booked a gas safety certificate inspection but the gas engineer did not turn up on Friday. I have left messages for him on Friday and Monday, but I have had no reply. I do not know what to do as I have already paid for it. 'Myconstructor' does not seem to know that the appointment was not done and had asked me to evaluate it! I have just tried to send this and the system isn't working and sending this report is the only thing I can do. Please refund my money and I will go elsewhere
