Kai Harper

Was kept informed , given direct contact for the surveyor who would visit my property . He arrived on time and was very respectful of the property whilst he conducted the survey . He explained the next step and the timeframe within which we should expect to receive the rating and certificate

Kai was excellent, but the EPC software appears unreliable. Our home was rated B ten years ago, yet the renewal initially returned a D. Kai identified a software error and corrected it to a C. It is concerning that similar neighbouring properties may be affected, raising doubts about the system’s accuracy. The same house as us have been rated as a B earlier this year.
