A Retrofit Assessment will take a couple of hours and will be lodged on the .Gov website. It assesses the efficiency of the dwelling and generates a list of measures that can be carried out to improve the energy efficiency of the house. This is also the first step in applying for government grants.

I am also a carpentry specialist, currently running my own property maintenance company helping landlords and landlords look after their properties.
I also recently completed my Retrofit Coordinator and Risk Management Level 5 Diploma. This enables me to manage green upgrades installations in properties, working with the government to reach net zero emissions in the UK
