I have been a Level 4 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor since 2008, completing over 5,000 EPCs to date. I hold an MSc in Construction, alongside additional qualifications in low-carbon technology and other energy efficiency disciplines. With a wealth of experience in improving building energy efficiency, I bring a strong foundation to my work.Originally trained as a Building Surveyor in 2002, I transitioned to designing and constructing low-carbon homes and businesses before focusing on EPC assessments. These skills are integral to my daily work, ensuring clients receive thorough and accurate assessments.I regularly undertake CPD and training, remaining fully up-to-date with The Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
