Overall it felt like it was being rushed and ultimately the report quality is not great. For instance, are windows are listed as 'no' with trickle vents when it is clear in the photos that it does have trickle vents. There were other instances where I was having to explain that the wall was not brick behind as he only checked one small portion of the wall by knocking. Jun was here for around 20 minutes max and it felt like we got little to no useful information in the report.
