I loved the photos - I would advise all investors to have professionally shot photos of property renovations - and use those photos for marketing purposes - no need to rely on estate agents, some of whose staff are not professionally trained to shoot property and portfolio photos. Impressed with the finished results.

The only issue I have is that when contractors argue over price - once the prepaid price has only been paid. I have been made aware that some contractors are charged between 20-50% of the price requested on the website. Please be aware that the contract if made through MYCONSTRUCTOR.COM is between you and them - what rate they pay the contractor is not the issue of the payee. Wishing you all a blessed day - and please remember that not all disabilities are visible - so please be respectful.

What Are The Different Types Of CCTV?

There are a few different types of CCTV, each with its own benefits and drawbacks:

  • Closed Circuit Television (CCTV): This is the most common type of CCTV and consists of cameras that are confined to a certain area. This is the most affordable option, but it can also be less effective because cameras can't see outside their boundaries.
  • Open Circuit Television (OCTV): OCTV cameras broadcast footage live to television viewers without having to go through a cable or server. This allows for more control over who sees what and can be more effective if security concerns arise about people spying on other areas in the building. However, it can also be more expensive than CCTV systems that use cables or servers.
  • Network-Attached Camera (NAC): NACs act like computer hard drives and store footage from multiple surveillance cameras on a network, allowing for real-time monitoring across an entire building or campus. They're typically more expensive than other CCTV systems, but they offer greater flexibility and flexibility when it comes to changing camera angles and viewing layouts.

Ηow Does CCTV Work?
