Not only did she clean the flat very well and gave me pictures that showed that she cleaned it to a high quality, but she has also been very responsive when there were issues with scheduling and access. She was flexible and professional and also made sure that the flat had the best possible clean (e.g not wanting to skip anything / ensuring she had enough time to do a proper job).
