Akhtar was brilliant and really took his time to give my boiler a proper service. He recognised an issue with my boiler that my previous gas engineer hadn’t picked up on two service occasions which was shocking. Akhtar was very knowable and took his time to explain to my elderly parents what he was doing, what he had done once he completed the job. I knew Akhtar was a great engineer when he was able to pull out condensation sluge that my previous engineer hadn’t cleaned. 10/10 service

A very polite and professional person. Arrived on time as planned, did the job and was very thorough. Would definitely recommend this man!I’d give this worker 5 / 5 stars, but not sure if I’d use the service again because the other worker rescheduled, then didn’t arrive on the replan date. After calling him twice and messaging (no response,) I contacted customer service (who were very nice and helpful) and was told declined the job because of the distance… one hour after it was scheduled for.
