Drew was very professional and did the survey quickly. He was running ahead of schedule on the day and rang to politely ask if he could come slightly earlier which was appreciated. EPC report was generated 3 days after the survey (survey on Thursday, report ready by Sunday afternoon)

Easy to book, competitively priced and the visit was carried out in a timely manner.The inspector carrying out the work was friendly, polite and helpful.Only issue I would raise is that when initially using the booking form, on inputting a time and date, this can jump to a different date from that inputted. This has happened on both occasions I have used the site for different services.
