Mohammad seemed to be very reliable and efficient as far as I can tell as it was a rental! But have had no complaints - I know he turned up on time and sent me all the paperwork promptly without me having to contact him. So in effect he was excellent as he did what was required efficiently!

Was kept informed , given direct contact for the surveyor who would visit my property . He arrived on time and was very respectful of the property whilst he conducted the survey . He explained the next step and the timeframe within which we should expect to receive the rating and certificate

After a rocky start with the original service provider cancelling last minute, My Constructor arranged for David to come later the same day. David was great, took time to explain what he was doing and provided the report very quickly.

Kept me informed of his journey to me. Very personable. Explained what he was doing. Very polite. Worked efficiently to complete the task. Cost of job significantly less than that quoted by estate agent , who is marketing the property, who offered to help me organise this. Have use company before and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again .

Ibrahim turned up early due to a personal mistake, I had saved the appointment in my diary incorrectly so I contacted Ibrahim and he was more than helpful. He agreed to turn up early to help me get to another appointment. Which was great, and he did a great job at the house and was very friendly and professional; I would definitely recommend. Thanks Ibrahim!

My experience was remote as I don't live near the property but I received a telephone call from your agent and he was polite and seemed thorough. I don't know how clean he was, because I wasn't there, but I couldn't skip that question so gave him 5 stars.
