My appointment as booked for 11.30am however the night before, the agent messaged and said he couldn’t attend as the office had double booked him. Not good!! After several messages to Hamza we agreed on later in the day. He was very efficient polite and did the job in question .

Easy to book, competitively priced and the visit was carried out in a timely manner.The inspector carrying out the work was friendly, polite and helpful.Only issue I would raise is that when initially using the booking form, on inputting a time and date, this can jump to a different date from that inputted. This has happened on both occasions I have used the site for different services.
