Drew was very professional and did the survey quickly. He was running ahead of schedule on the day and rang to politely ask if he could come slightly earlier which was appreciated. EPC report was generated 3 days after the survey (survey on Thursday, report ready by Sunday afternoon)

Easy to book, competitively priced and the visit was carried out in a timely manner.The inspector carrying out the work was friendly, polite and helpful.Only issue I would raise is that when initially using the booking form, on inputting a time and date, this can jump to a different date from that inputted. This has happened on both occasions I have used the site for different services.

the process from finding site on line to certificate was delivered was less than a week,Requested day and time for my own personal preference , Which was confirmed and used.Surveyor Ian on time pleasant professional, Straight into his work with photo off external elevations of property, Then shoes off on entering property , Did his thing and answered any questions I had in relation to my property , Without giving major specifics , but basic requirements to improve my EPC going forward .
