Engineer arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. My only issue is that he did not explain that the certificate would take 5 working days to be issued. I wasted time sending emails asking when I would receive it. I see on the website that this is one of the frequent Q and As, but it would have been easier to explain this when we met face to face at the appointment
