Really good quality and thorough cleaning! We booked a day before and they came at short notice (very reliable) :)
We will use Smart Broom any day for our properties. They were on time, very friendly and professional. They asked if i was okay with what they had done and if i needed something else done. And oh, i love the vanilla air freshener they put in the bathroom.
The cleaning wasn't done properly, a lot if areas have been missed. Very nice and polite cleaner.
the cleaner was obnoxious and assumed we'd help and buy the stuff she didn't have like bags and kitchen roll but also expected there to be nothing in the appartment and when she saw things she told us we should have got everyhting out before she started so it didn't make sense. She took nearly 3 hours longer than expected and she was going so slow from the start. She wanted me to unpack and pack her bag which made no sense to me as her reasoning for not wanting our stuff anywhere in the appartment was due to "covid" but she didn't mind us going through her bag and putting all her stuff together.
Haven't been really happy with the services, I got a lot of complaints from the landlord about the quality of cleaning. There was only 1 person carrying out the cleaning and it took more than 5 hours for him to finish the cleaning, which I would say wasn't exactly up to the the mark I was expecting it to be, considering it should have been deep cleaning for End of tenancy.
I am very disappointed with this service and the cleaning experience I had! I am also very unhappy with this platform. I have raised a ticket and also wrote a review asking for a re-clean or refund! And yet no one have contacted me about it at all!
This whole experience was absolutely disgraceful. I spoke to someone the following day, who assured me that you would be back in touch in order to resolve this. I am still waiting. Please get in touch and organise some form of compensation, I am not at all happy with what I received for what I paid and it certainly did not match up to the promises and assurances made on your website or over the phone when I spoke to someone about my concerns on the evening of the 'clean'.
