# MyConstructor > UK online marketplace for booking vetted, accredited professionals for property-compliance certificates, cleaning, repairs and removals. Customers enter their job details and postcode, see prices and available appointments from local professionals, and book and pay online. Reviews shown on the site come from completed bookings. MyConstructor (myconstructor.co.uk) connects homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents and businesses with independent professionals across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Every professional on the platform is vetted before being listed, and trade accreditations are shown on their profiles: gas engineers are Gas Safe registered, most electricians are registered with NICEIC or NAPIT, and EPC assessors hold accreditation with schemes such as Elmhurst, Stroma, Quidos or ECMK. Availability depends on the postcode and the selected service. Prices are quoted live during booking and vary by property size, location, job details and selected options. The price shown covers the scope described on the booking page; do not assume that additional work, materials or follow-up visits are included unless the page says so. ## Start here - [Homepage](https://myconstructor.co.uk/): Choose a service and enter a postcode to see prices and available appointments. - [All services and locations](https://myconstructor.co.uk/dir): Browse every service by category, region and town, with the professionals available in each area. ## Main services - [Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/epc): Domestic and commercial EPCs by accredited assessors, required when selling or letting a property in the UK. - [Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/eicr): Electrical safety inspection and report for landlords, homeowners and businesses, carried out by qualified electricians, most of them NICEIC or NAPIT registered. - [Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/gas-certificate): Annual landlord gas safety check by Gas Safe registered engineers. - [End of tenancy cleaning](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/end-of-tenancy): Full end of tenancy clean for tenants, landlords and letting agents, with optional extras such as carpets and appliances. - [Home cleaning services](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/home-cleaning-services): Deep, carpet and upholstery cleaning for homes. - [Oven cleaning](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/oven-cleaning): Professional oven, range and AGA cleaning. - [Floor plans](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/floor-plan): Professional property floor plans for sales and lettings. - [Chimney sweep](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/chimney-sweep): Chimney and stove sweeping with a sweep certificate. - [Emergency lighting testing](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/emergency-lighting-testing): Emergency lighting inspection and certificate for commercial premises and houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). - [Property inventory reports](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/inventory): Check-in, check-out and inventory reports for lettings. - [Fire risk assessment](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/fire-risk-assessment): Fire risk assessments for landlords, HMOs and businesses. - [EV charger installation](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/ev-charger-installation): Home electric vehicle charger installation by certified installers. - [Retrofit assessment](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/retrofit): PAS 2035 retrofit assessments by qualified retrofit assessors. - [Fire extinguisher service](https://myconstructor.co.uk/services/fire-extinguisher): Fire extinguisher inspection and servicing. ## AI-assisted quotes and booking Describe the job in plain language, or tap the problem, and get a price and available appointment slots from local professionals in seconds, then book online. - [Electrician](https://myconstructor.co.uk/ai/electrician.php): Residential electrical jobs such as sockets, consumer unit replacement, fault finding, rewires and cooker or shower installation, by qualified electricians, most of them NICEIC or NAPIT registered. - [Handyman](https://myconstructor.co.uk/ai/handyman.php): Home repairs, assembly and maintenance jobs by vetted handymen across the UK. - [Plumber](https://myconstructor.co.uk/ai/plumber.php): Plumbing repairs and installations by certified, insured plumbers. - [Pest control](https://myconstructor.co.uk/ai/pest-control.php): Treatment for rats, mice, bed bugs, wasps and other pests; the number of follow-up visits depends on the selected treatment and is shown before booking. ## Removals and moving - [House removals](https://myconstructor.co.uk/removals/house-removals): Compare vetted removal companies and book a full house move online. - [Man with a van](https://myconstructor.co.uk/removals/man-with-a-van): Small moves, single items and student moves with a driver and van. - [Office removals](https://myconstructor.co.uk/removals/office-removals): Commercial and office relocations by professional movers. - [All removals services](https://myconstructor.co.uk/removals/): Overview of every moving service, with guides on removal costs in the UK. ## About and support - [About MyConstructor](https://myconstructor.co.uk/about-us): Who we are and how the marketplace works. - [Help centre](https://myconstructor.co.uk/help-center): Frequently asked questions about bookings, payments, cancellations and certificates. - [Contact](https://myconstructor.co.uk/contact): Get in touch with the MyConstructor team. - [Trustpilot reviews](https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/myconstructor.co.uk): Independent customer reviews and the current MyConstructor rating on Trustpilot.
